As humans we often think so small and see ourselves as powerless, yet nothing could be further from the truth. If we could see our true capabilities we would be stunned. We are also often cruel to ourselves and only look for our faults, rather than allowing ourselves to see our true beauty; which has nothing to do with the way we physically appear. Being able to glimpse our true potential goes a long way to dissolving our self doubts. It makes so much more seem possible. If you meditate and allow yourself to touch the beauty and unlimited potential of who you are, it is such an empowering experience.
